I can't login to SOTAM...

Solution Logging into SOTAM requires your email address, not a username.

Most issues with logging in are a result of a forgotten password. Passwords are encrypted here at SOTAM, therefore, we can not send you that information. You need to reset your password.

To reset your password at SOTAM, go to the login page and scroll down. On that page you will see a button that says, "Forgot Password?"

Click that button and a form will appear for you to enter your email address.

Submitting the form with your email address that you use at SOTAM will begin the password reset process.
